Travel Triangle - Travel Booking cancelled not refunded

We booked a Thailand package (Booking ID *******) for **th to **st Dec **** with Travel triangle for Rs ****** on **th July. Since that date, the agent Travodeal kept increasing flight rates and compensating it with different hotels from what we had agreed, which were cheaper and had bad reviews. Finally when we paid Rs ****** for the flights on **th July, they again sighted increased rates for unjustified reasons. When we realised that this is a scam and wanted the refund, Travel triangle says the agent has spent ***** for this booking and therefore they will not refund full amount. We have no flight tickets or hotel vouchers and no details of this *****. They are holding us for ransom to pay extra money or we lose *****. They have cancelled the booking and we have no refund as of now.
Our calls are not answered and no one from Travel triangle has contacted us despite repeated requests to talk to customer care or senior person. We need a full refund as well as a compensation for mental harassment so that there is an end to such torture and unfair tactics just because the customer is making a payment in good faith.
