Travel Triangle - Travel agency not fulfilling the promises

Travel triangle and Holiday box Pvt LTD has offered us a holiday package to Se ychelles on the duration of **th to **th February. As per them we made a payment of **** as the booking advance and booked the flight tickets as they offered is cheap package on above dates, which costed around *****. After that the agency denied us stay in given hotel as per the itenary and asked us to cancel the booking of we can't pay more for other hotels. After calling and messaging them so many times there has been no response nor cancellation processed from their end. We are stick with our flight booking as they are non refundable and we don't have a place to stay in Seychelles as of date.
Hence we as a consumer want to file a complaint against holiday box travels Pvt LTD and travel triangle of grounds of misguiding, money hoarding and false details of the travel and no attempt to compensate our monetary loss.
