Mobikwik Mobile App.money Traansfer - Transfer Unsuccessful

i have recd the amount in mobikwik on

also note that i have transferred to my bank account from my wallet

but pls note i have not recd the amount in my bank account yet

amount is deducted from my wallet but not credited in my bank

and the mobikwik executives did not replying me proper answer

they have given me one rrn number but i checked with my bank

but amount not recd so u pls tell them pls credit the same in my bank account in my wallet

also the wallet transaction invoice error shows no invoice data found

so u pls check and revert

pls find attached screen shot of my bank statement and my mobikwik wallet
