RAMAKANT filed complaint against Mobikwik Mobile App.money Traansfer on Dec 21, 2019
I have paid Water Bill to Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar thought MOBIKWIK App. My Transaction ID is MK*********** Dt. **/**/**** of Rs. ****/- deducted successfully from my saving bank account and not yet received by municipal corporation. I went their so may time they asked me contact to Mobikwik because we have not received any amount from our channel partner. I filed my complaint to mobikwik so many times but didn't get any reply and moreover all contact toll free number is not in order. So please resolve this matter as early as possible because this is my hard money and i don't want to pay again to corporation against my outstanding bill.
