Mobikwik App - transaction Pending

I made a transaction like I transferred money from mobikwik wallet to my bank account on **nd March **** and the status of the payment is still pending for the same I had complainted number of times but in every complaint, they give me time like they sad wait for ** hours, wait for ** hours, with for * days or wait for some time but the issue is still as it is and I have all the documentation for this transaction and i am very disappointed because of this issue.
Please do something about this.
