Flipkart - Transaction failed but money deducted

I placed order for a mobile phone "Vivo T* Pro" on *th Sept order ID OD****************** for amont *****. Out of *****, **K was paid using gift card and remaining **** was paid using credit card. But, the transaction failed and order was not placed.
However, amount was debited from gift card as well as credit card.
This has been * month but amount has not been credited back. Flipkart escalaton team confirmed on **th Sept that there is some issue in reverting the amount to source account and Flipkart team will process a manual refund for this. They collected my bank details. But, it is been * month since then but refund is still not processed and now, not even responding and providing an update.
