Dear sir
My name is sachin nawale my mobile number ********** i ordered some item from brand factory ** April **** that time my amount was deducted from my account ****rs but my order not placed.
I talked with brand factory customer care and they said your transaction was failed
T********************** this is transaction I'd my amount also deducted.your executive told me please confirm with your bank I also confirmed with bank they said your transaction was done.plase confirm with brand factory.
Please find attached link for HDFC mail.
Please refund my money as soon as possible
