Train was late for more than * hours and I filed tdr against which they rejected my tdr stating. (CP Repudiate) and also tdr was filed before the actual departure of the train even thought they rejected.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
