Sir i had booked the train before lockdown for onward joorney vide pnr no ********** thru ixigo app by paying thru debit card. The said train has been cancelled due to lockdown and after various conversations with ixigo chatbot Tara they have sent mail saying refund has been intitiated on **rd april and will be creildited on or before **th april. But still i am waiting for my refund. I have contacted my bank but no refund has been given to bamk. I have also cobtacted irctc and they told they have given refund to ixigo. Aftet ** days of refund mail i am not getting my refundd back. No customer care no is given by ixigo. Only chatboy is availble that too it doesnt underatands what we are asking about.
Kindly help in this regard
