Lakshman Rao Kudari filed complaint against IXIGO Mobile App on Mar 5, 2020
On *th March ****, at **:** pm I tried to book flight from Indore to Chennai, for flight *E*** (**:** pm in Indore) . In payment gateway of ixigo app I selected upi transaction, money request received in BHIM and I did upi transaction payed Rs. ****, money got deducted from my account but flight ticket didn't get book. Nothing is shown in my app about the transaction and flight journey.
There is nothing in the app to tract the status of my transaction.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
