Tpcodl - Tpcodl charged rs 688 amount of electric bill in jan 2025

Tpcodl has given rs *** amount of electric bill for the month of january **** same time in December **** the amount is rs *** so why tpcodl giving average bill for the month of jan **** which is very high for the customer. If tpcodl has given notice to the customer his meter is defective then why tpcodl did not replace the meter with his notifications no-********** dt -**-**-****. I also communicated the matter to tpcodl customer care to replace my defective meter and defective bill but ten days has been passed no action has been taken.
