I replaced my meter in Oct **** My bill in November, December **** is actual basis according to my new meter but in Jan **** my bill is average and defective which is large amount of rs **** without considering the actual meter reading.After two months of correct billing how defective bill was given sothat tpcodl changed me a bill amount of rs **** which is illegal.I have been given online complain to tpcodl, three months has been passed but my bill has not been corrected.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
