This is a fraudulent unscrupulous enterprise. Keep away if you do not want to end-up, feeling helpless, miserable and … Duped!!
Marauding behind the virtual walls of the internet ‘space’, this outfit of generational conmen, feature mobile spare parts, they seldom have, those that receive consistent searches, and on receiving the order for the delusional part(s), and having pocketed the ill-gotten money, proceed to dispatch a lesser or dissimilar product, thus closing the sales loop.
On receiving the expected part back for replacement or refund, transport to be borne by unsuspecting YOU, you r then set into a meaningless orbital loop of amateurish ‘customer service agents’ , and u end up banging ur head against that very virtual wall to no avail. Most give up, accepting their fate and loss of faith, and those who pursue will be wonder on how they could have ended up in this obvious online scam.!
The online platform for sales, support and services offers generational & seasoned pro-swindlers a perfect foil and camouflage to raise easy money, destroying genuine customer confidence, trust for the system n faith in genuine biz models and raises the stock of online scams victims!.
Touchlcdhouse is a house built on the premise, intent and foundation of CONNERY and of prime need is that the outfit must receive the backlash of the law. The face of law must be slapped on the backsides and front of these despicable men (& women), the news of which, will offer some succor n redemption to the numerous victims of such blatant Connery!!.
My Rs. ****/- that I paid against an mobile display spares, that they never had in physical stock, was closed yesterday, after over two months of depressing follow-ups, with a REFUND of Rs. ****/-. On what account have they deducted Rs. ***/-!. This they claim, very professionally, is ***/- towards shipping charges, for the WRONG product they very unprofessionally & intentionally dispatched, and **/- towards PayTM charges!!!. In other words, the customer pays for their own errors!!. The cost that I incurred towards reshipping the wrong item to them, is happily ignored!!!. I have ended up with a loss of over ***/-, and a notional loss many times over!!!. Typical baniya mentality and hackneyed business ethics.!!
Btw, the product that they just did not/don’t have, still features on their website as available!!!. Touchlcdhouse..a house that NO ONE MUST …TOUCH!!!!!
