Redmi - Touch is not working after Display Replacement

I have done Display Replacement on ** March **** at authorized Service center @ Tumkur, KARNATAKA. Within ** hours after Replacement my phone lost is touch sensitivity. I have paid **** Rs and now the touch is not working at all.
