I booked my bus ticket through makemytrip.com from Goa to Sangola and the bus operator was Nakoda Travels. Later I got a message from Nakoda travels that the bus is get cancelled. So when I processed for the refund from make my trip its not get processed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
