My concern regarding total loss settlement claim not recieved From Zoom car Accident case ..!
Ensuring Accountability mishandling of Zoomcar accident cases* I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the handling of my car accident case (DL-*CCL****) under Ticket id - ******* Booking id -JPSNIWIEF. My car was Totally damaged in an accident by guest Hitesh Kumar on dated **th Dec ****.The same is classified as Total loss as per Zoomcar policy.Their service is extremely poor, and I have not recieved any update regarding my payment ,they are not releasing my full and final settlement payment till already *months passed .Relationship manager avoiding the case ,communication is highly inadequate, and it has culminated in a distressing lack of action on Zoomcar's part to settle things. None of their customer service applications are working, and multiple emails have been sent, but I have received zero response.
