Dear Sir Madam
I have placed an order on **th June order id ************ for Floral Print Crepe stitched Gown.
The Package was delivered on **th April.
It was an entirely different Product ( torned Sari).
I have raised the return request but the person who came to pick it up, said picture is different.
I have called the help centre, they said they can not do anything.
As per the policy on your website, if a wrong Product is delivered, the customer is eligible for Refund.
But neither product is returned nor Money is refunded
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
