Nutrabay.com - Torn out product delivered in the package

I ordered the Nutrabay Pure Series Whey Protein Concentrate - * kg cost **** on ** august ****
And received it on ** August **** when i opended it one day later on ** august **** i noticed that the whey packet inside the package was put back of the product face upward usually in unboxing video the front of the whey packet is upside and when i flipped it to see the front i noticed that the whey packet was torn at the middle and some whey was spread inside the package . I had complaint to the website site support and sent them evidence video and photo and after * days they said that they find that video is made after unboxing which was obvious and said that it was torn by me during the unboxing . How can i damage it when the torn side was facing downward.
