Dear Team,
I ordered Naturaltein Whey Protein Isolate-*kg (*.* lbs), Chocolate from Nutrabay site (NBFS*******) which was delivered to me on **-May ** evening but after taking a scope to use with water found out its color is like a fake product but next day contacted Nutrabay team and they said verification will take * working days but even after ** days no update came and tried to contact them through all channels to get the update but no response on product authicity. Separately contacted Naturaltein also but they did not show any interest to respond on this so you can imagine how big scam is going on in health industry. Please help to get the full amount Rs-**** back and also make sure they don't fool other customers by giving scan code which can show authincit message by enetring any random/invalid details.
