Rezoni - Took money but did not deliver items

Deficiency in Service and Unfair Trade Practice regarding Order #******. On May **, ****, an additional payment of ₹*** was made via UPI (ID: rezoni@ptaxis) (total ****) to modify a phone case order. Since then, the merchant (Rezoni) has engaged in fraudulent fulfillment practices by generating fraudulent shipping labels to fake dispatches.
Specifically, two separate tracking numbers were issued—Shadowfax AWB: SF**********SIW on May ** and Amazon Shipping AWB: ************ on June *. In both instances, the couriers officially cancelled the shipments because the merchant never handed over the physical packages from their warehouse. The merchant has provided conflicting excuses, failed to deliver the paid goods, and has now completely ceased all communication, ghosting multiple email escalations.
