Pinnacle Blooms - Took Fee and not provided the service

Respected Sir,
I have a twins, both are in to AUTISM, We are Taking the Services from one year and in October ** due to personal reasons I asked them need a break for a month as I need to travel for my official trip and they asked to pay the fees in advance for November, so we paid the fees for the month of November ** and due to some reasons my trip got cancelled and thought of sending them for October, I requested them, that they will continue from mid October and they said OK, we sent them on October ** on the next day when we went they asked us to leave the institute saying that (let me know if you wants to continue for the next month or not). the sent us in-front of all the parents and staff which we felt very bad
As we felt Insulted, I asked us to return my money which I paid for November ** as we are not continuing the services, they said that they are not going to return
Sir please take the necessary actions to return my money back as I need to provide the special education to my kids which is costing me a lot
