Pinnacle Blooms - Refund

Dear Sir,
We paid Rs.**,***/- on **-**-**** for Speech / Hearing theraphy for our Kid Manoj. our kid went to theraphy only *-* days.
But Unfortunately, our kid was felt sick due to high fever and admitted in hospital for **-** days and also Doctor suggested not to go outside upto * months.
They are not responding well regarding Refund, simply saying we wont return your amount as per our company policy.
what to do now?
our hospital expenses are more than Rs.**,***/-, we are financially unstable now.
