This is shaikshavali from vellore, i ordered a product on **-**-**** and delivery date given like **-**-**** but product was not delivered and they postponed to *-**-**** and the day came *-**-**** product was not delivered and postponed again to *-**-**** ,that day also came it was postponed again to *-**-**** and i called on *th its self he said definitely it will be delivered on or before *th. again the day came *-**-**** product was not delivered i called again flipkart customer this time i called made call to transfer to senior executive he said sorry for the inconvenience and gave an offer like every postpone you will get *** and please you wait till **-**-**** again the day came **-**-**** product was not delivered and postponed to **-**-****, i called to flipkart agin they were telling same as usual and i intimated them like i’m gonna file a complaint.they said its okay.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
