Jaquar - Toilet seat cracked

I had bought a toilet seat from shopkeeper Rameshwaram hardware store Dehra District Kangra Himachal Pradesh on **st October ****. But there was crack on it when it was opened for installation. I had complained it to shopkeeper but he denied to replace it.
