Taj India Resort - To Issue Refund As Company unable to Fulfill what promised

On the time of membership they promised to give * star * star booking for hotels whenever planned for vacation, but all in vain. Whenever we planned they never had occupancy and since being * yrs now, we could not avail any benefits as promised. It’s highly disgusting. They have to refund money as we are totally not satisfied. It’s like fraud.
