I am writing to demand a full refund from Taj India Resorts due to their deceptive practices and failure to fulfill promised benefits.
After being contacted by Taj India Resorts and attending their event, my husband and I were enticed with the promise of luxury * Star-* Star hotels at a benefited cost with their membership. We were persuaded to agree to their schemes, which included boutique hotel experiences with the assurance annually for * years.
Despite our agreement and numerous attempts to utilize this offer, we have encountered nothing but obstacles and excuses when trying to book a room. Additionally, we have been asked to pay additional fees, which were not part of the initial agreement.
This breach of trust and failure to deliver on their promises is completely unacceptable. Therefore, I demand an immediate refund of any payments made to Taj India Resorts, as well as compensation for the time and inconvenience endured.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
