NXTWave - To discontinue the course

I am vanishree.I am a student in smart program of nxtwave.I joint this course on */*/**** .But I changed my degree course.There is time limit for use mobile in my hostel and also my family financial issues so I am not able to continue my studies.I inform it to my guide on */*/**** on mobile call .I will send many emails, whatsapp message, message on education portal but no one can properly reply me.I inform it to the manager but no use.
Now they said we can't cancel my course.
I kindly request to cancel my course and loan.
