I had opted for Timbl Internet services on ** May **** with a package of **mbps speed with unlimited data. Since then I have been facing continuous internet disconnections and have been trouble doing my job properly. I had made several complaints online on their website and app, but they used to close the ticket without resolving the problem. I have paid them INR *** for installation, INR *** for first-month internet services, and INR **** for the next three months. Their service is pathetic and their grievance redressal is worst.
