I was called by Timble sales executive named Kajal from Mobile No. ********** on ** Dec, ***. She offered me the the broadband plan priced for Rs. ****.** for * months for ** days. She then, generated a link and asked me to pay the subject amount and assured that the new connection will be installed with-in next * hours. The field executive called me later in the evening and informed me that services are not available in your area and the I have been misguided by the sales executive, so company will not be able to provide a new connection in my area and refund the amount that I have paid. I immediately called the sales executive (Kajal) and informed her about the message from the field executive. However, this time she asked me to ignore the message of the field executive and promised me that she will get the new connection installed latest by *-Jan-****. Since then, the sales executive has stopped responding my phone calls. Neither the new connection is being set-up, nor the amount is being refunded. Timble customer care is doing nothing.
