Hi,
I have got a new broadband connection setup from Timbl * days back but I am very unhappy with the services provided by you. I have opted for a ** MBPS speed plan but since the day it was installed internet is not functional. Moreover the sales representative “Mr. Vinod” promised to give me a new brand wifi router with dual band so that I can have good speed and connectivity but when the technician “Mr. Rajeev” came for installation he got an old wifi router with dust all over it and it was written over it that it is Faulty and when I asked him that why are you putting the old and faulty router he said it is in good running condition and on security these routers are only used. I wad ok at that time as I trusted Timbl as a company and the technician left at * PM saying that the connection will be activated within ** minutes but the connection got activated at **.** PM. Also, no LAN cable was provided by the technician who came even after Mr. Vinod confirmed that technician will get the LAN cable along with him.
This is very unfortunate to say that till today my issue has not been resolved and I have decided not to continue with Timbl. I want you to please refund my payment and remove the connection on priority. I want my refund today itself and a call from your side on urgent basis.
