Hello,
Please consider this email as a highly disappointment as a consumer.
From the last week on the daily basis my Internet works for couple of hours i have logged many request it got fixed and then work for couple of hours and agin down, no Internet.
I have tried to reached out your local tikona technician and as per him there is some power problem on the site from where my connection is connected.
I use to work from home and facing lots of issue due to the same.
Kindly let me know how you will fix this one else i need to move to another Internet provider.
