I have booked booked a ticket via Ticket No-EPH*MQ in Devgiri express from Hyderabad to Mumbai on the *rd of April ****. The train was truncated at Aurangabad as there was a derailment on the line ahead and at *’** am at night. I was informed by the TTE that the train is not going to Mumbai and my I have to make his own arrangements to go to Mumbai. I was also denied any alternate arrangement to stay or reach Mumbai in that situation and I had to struggle to get a hotel and also a flight to Mumbai till the next evening. Because of this delay I failed to attend a business meeting that was scheduled on the *-**-**** and also lost the amount paid for the hotel accommodation. I was denied refund of the ticket fare of Rs.*, ***/- as I could not apply for the TDR within ** hours of arrival time. This is totally unfair and i need justice.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
