My PNR no was ********** we are traveling from Kamakhya station to Agartala but the train was partially cancelled and Short listed only Lumding. Station only,so are not boarded the train on *th July ****.Instead I file for TDR but my tdr was rebuted.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
