I had booked flight tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad with SpiceJet through Make My Trip portal bearing following details:-
*) Booking ID- NF**************
*) SPICEJET SG-***
*) PNR- Z****V
*) Flight boarding time - **** hrs on **th Jun ****
*) Ticket amount- Rs ****/-
In Delhi International Airport, when I went to collect my boarding pass from Spicejet ticket counter and showed the softcopy of my ticket on my phone and was informed that my PNR was cancelled. I was really got surprised and rushed to Make My Trip counter but it was closed and we (along with my wife) were escorted out of the airport as we didn't have tickets. Then I called to Make My Trip customer care and spoke to Mr Sanjay and he told that your ticket is not cancelled and asked to talk to Spicejet representative. While Mr Sanjay was talking to Spicejet supervisor (Ms Dipti), she showed me the ticket has been cancelled by MMT agent and the agent ID was noted by Mr Sanjay. Hearing to both the MMT personal and Spicejet officials myself along with my wife were shocked, confused regarding what to be done further in this aspect. This flight was must to me since I had to report back on the very next day as I am Defence Personnel. Mr Sanjay told me to book another ticket from MMT portal and assured that if the mistake is with MMT, they will refund all the amount (The cancelled tickets and the booked tickets). As there was no other option but to book our tickets on the spot. The details of the tickets are as follows:-

Arranging such a huge amount on the spot was very difficult.
After reaching Hyderabad I registered my complaint with the reference number - ******-****** so that on further talks I can use this number as a reference.
As per the statement was given by Mr Sanjay, I waited for ** hrs and there was no revert back from them. Then I called again on **th June to MMT customer care, Mr Koshi had picked up the call and I briefed him total incident once again. He told us that he will talk to his senior representative and call back after * hrs. When he didn't call back, I again called to MMT customer care and this time another representative picked up the call naming Ms Aditi and again I had to brief the incident. After listening she told us that this time it will be resolved within ** hrs but again it was all in vain. There was no call from MMT. I called to MMT customer care on ** Jun and Mr Saurav Roy received. I again briefed him the incident and he told that the call record of **th Jun is missing and it has been raised to IT department and as soon as they will get that call record they will do further proceedings based on that call record. I was literally fed up with the way of their handling the complaint. It seems like they are not taking it seriously. Mr Saurav Roy told me that MMT will revert you back on Monday (** June) till **:** hrs. But again they didn't call me up.
Now I am bound to raise a complaint against MMT company so that further this type of nuisance is not repeated by them. It's my humble request to please take necessary action against MMT company and make them refund my total amount.
