Travelgenio - Tickets cancelled from company and refund is not processed

Ticket was showing booked amount was deducted from HDFC CREDIT CARD, received email with booking reference number ******** , from Mumbai to Nairobi, than after few mins received another email demanding another transaction for tickets booking, although amount was already paid ..
Now the status is showing tickets cancelled and waiting for airlines to clear refund ..
What is the matter of airlines in this when tickets are not booked ... Total amount is with travelgenoi company.. refund my amount as soon as possible...
