Yatra Com - Ticket was not confirmed but money got deducted

I tried booking flight from bombay to hyderbad on **/**/**** at ** hours(**am) in the night throught yatra com. Money got deducted but book confirmation was not there. Yatra.com gave booking reference number but till **/**/**** morning *.** no update regarding this. I am trying to contact customercare it is saying our executive will contact you in * hours but its been *hours nobody contacted me.
