I made a payment for * tickets at pvr rivoli, Connaught place. However I did not receive them on my mobile number and email id. I immediately called the helpline number but they said I would have to wait for resolution and they would call back. It happens on *st of September. My payment was deducted and when I typed an email to complain about the same, no one is responding.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
