I booked a train ticket and the money was deducted but I didn't get any ticket and upcoming trips is also empty. ***rs deducted and no trace of that transaction in the app. Although I have the transaction in my bank passbook

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
