Cleartrip Air India - Ticket for Delhi to Srinagar not issued by Cleartrip Payment not refunded

I had booked * tickets on Jan **, **** from Kochi to Srinagar to travel on April **, **** and return on April **, ****. The trip id is ************. I received all the tickets except for the sector Delhi to Srinagar on April **. I was not intimated about this from your team and since Jan ** till date I have been calling the company's customer care and they assure resolution of the issue within ** hours and i dont get any call or resolution. The date for travel is fast approaching and I dont have the tickets yet and no resolution as well. The rates of the tickets are surging and in teh last minute we will be facing a huge issue. I request a resolution to this issue at the earliest.
