Sir, My name is Himanshu Kaushal, I have booked a flight from Cleartrip on **/**/****, from Delhi to Kullu via Chandigarh. Flight got cancelled due to bad weather and flight came back to chandigarh. And in Chandigarh Airport, we have been given an Endorsement letter stating that full refund will be done within *-** working days.
Because of that letter and their promise, we booked cab and hotels and continued our trip, we paid extra money apart from that flight.
Now it has been more that * months, and money has not been given. Sir, i request you kindly refund my money. Flight was from Airindia, flight was booked through Cleartrip.
