Sir I have booked my tickets * days ago from Goa to Mumbai and the timing was *.** p.m *th June. I have booked sharing sleeper seat for us and they charged it for **** rs. But tomorrow I got massage that they are giving us * single seater seat and * sleeper
Single seater price is *** and sharing sleeper we had booked in **** rs.
Now I am saying it's ok with the seat but give my extra money back that is charged for sharing sleeper
And now they have changed time of bus

Zingbus – Refund refused Closed

Zingbus policy allows non-prime users to get * full cancellation in ** days, if the ticket is canceled more than * hours ago. And I canceled it * hours ago. Yet the company is not allowing me refund.
