Zingbus - Refund as not picked up from point

I reach well before i.e.*.** hrs before at the bus pick up point contacted the marshal. he told to wait at HP petrol pump. I confirmed him that I am thereat. A message was delivered that bus is ** minute late. Right time was **.** am. When i called at **.** am when i found that bus has not come at HP petrol pump the person replied that we have left and can do nothing. I a person of ** years was left abondend at midnight with no fault. Immediately made a watsapp which was not replied later sent an email which is still unteplied.
