CLEAR TRIP PVT LTD - Ticket cancelled Amount not refunded

Dear Sir, Ma’am,
I had booked a Goair Flight using the Cleartrip.com portal in the Year **** which was canceled by Go Air due to Covid lockdown. As the ticket was canceled, the amount was to be refunded in full, I also received an email from Cleartrip on **-Feb-** that the amount has been refunded to my credit card and should reflect in my account in *-** working days.
As per Go Air, it is Cleartrip’s responsibility to refund the amount in full.
Today, being **-Feb-**, I have still not received my refund. I have made numerous tickets to get the issue resolved, the customer service is of no help. Every time I get a call from ClearTrip customer service team, they buy a window of ** hours to provide resolution, however, no resolution has been provided to date.
One of their customer service executive had called and was extremely rude over the call. They are unable to provide reference no. for the refund created.
