I had Booked return Flight Tickets From ClearTrip For Kolkata To Penang, My travel date was **-Sept-**** (Trip ID ***********). Carried The Issued E-Ticket From CT For Travel. But At Airport I Had To Pay Extra INR **** At Kolkata Airport (CCU) And Also MYR ***.** (INR ****) At Penang Airport (PEN) Towards AirAsia For My Check-In Baggage. But As Per The Ticket Issued To Me It was Clearly Mentioned That Check-In Baggage Allowance Is **Kg Per Adult. For this I had to face much harrasment at both the airports. I Still Haven't Got Any Resolution To This mental Harrasment Even After Constant Follow Ups with the Clear Trip team. I Have All The Relevant Documents With Me.
