Make My Trip - Ticket cancellation not informed

I booked my flights from Krakow to Delhi earlier this year. My departure date was the **th of April. I was travelling from Delhi to Abu Dhabi and further to Poland. On *th May I was supposed to return to Delhi via Amsterdam. I had booked a combination flight from MMT from Krakow to Amsterdam. I was to travel via KLM and from Amsterdam to Delhi via Jet Airways. I paid a total of Rs ***** for this flight combination. I had to register a cancellation via the MMT for the Jet flight so that I could get a refund issued. However, the KLM flight was left intact. I booked a flight from Amsterdam to Delhi via Abu Dhabi for which I paid an additional Rs *****. When I reached the Krakow airport on *th May I was told that MMT has cancelled my reservations on KLM also as they were not sure if I was travelling on the flight or not. In an emergency state, I had to pay Rs ***** just to make sure I reach Amsterdam on time for my onward flights. I had to make my ageing mother who is a senior citizen, run around the whole airport, to ensure we catch our flights on time to Amsterdam. In total, I have paid Rs ******, for a trip which was supposed to cost me just Rs *****. Neither has the refund for the cancelled flights been issued yet nor have MMT bothered to contact me to help me with a resolution. I have written endless emails to the CEO Mr Deep Kalra, but I have not had any response from them. I have tried contacting MMT on social media I was told someone will contact me but no one has so far. I need monetary compensation for the endless losses I have incurred, all thanks to the stupidity and irresponsible behaviour of MMT. I seek your guidance and help in this regard.
