I booked a ticket from varafi.com from Bangalore to Patna for ** February **** through Indigo Airlines *E-****, on *st February ****, @ **:**. They provided their own PNR number - VST**B and Booking Id - VID**********. But on ** february ****, they email me about my ticket got aborted and you will get the full refund immediately. But from **th February to ** August ****. I am regularly following up with them through customer support number as well as email for refund but each time they are asking for **-** working days. They are saying that you will get your full refund but not refunding it. They have created huge mental illness to me. Now they have blocked my email id also. I have all the proof of my payment as well as their commitment for the refund. Kindly help me in getting my money refund.
