I had purchased a iPhone ** mini case leather from apple India. The cover has some cosmetic defects in less than a month of usage. I got in touch with Apple authorised service centre, Reliance Digital and they’re threatening me to provide the phone’s serial number and let them run diagnostic test on my phone to replace the case. They’re misinforming and threatening customers.
