Reliance Retail - Poor customer service at RELIANCE RETAIL

It is learnt that Reliance Retail is knocking NETMEDS off, while they can not handle JIO MART effectively.

In my recent * ordes placed, there have been deficient supplies.(billed, paid for and not supplied)
the customer service at cs@jiomart for duly informed. but they beat about the bush to ward off the issue.
Finally issued * complaint tickets. viz Service Request ID is **********. against delivery order no.:*****************W on *th Aug but no further action to resolve complaint.

I write detailed letter, and copied to Investor service RIL and Company Secretary of RIL too, No body has bothered.

In Corona times the fellow from Jio Mart dumps the goods at your house as per the list on unscheduled times/ without notice/ message. and with lots of short supplies(from the order), and the items shipped to you and charged for are never disclosed, Finally when you tally what is billed for and supplied, there is a discrepancy. you report for the same to cs@jiomart as directed, and feel bad because the latter is dumb.

Such a large conglomerat RIL(Reliance Industries Ltd) is, and perhaps it is buit with small money duly embezzled from common public?
