I had ordered plants from budsnblush which was supposed to be delivered through xpressbee. Same time I had placed order for a journal calendar set from Alicia Souza. Both products were being shipped through xpressbee. On the day of delivery, I got a message saying delivery was attempted and I was not available, even though I was at home all day. I tried calling customer care , although they never responded. Next day my plant order came and the guy delivered it. There was a single digit error in my number and the OTP was not going through because of it. I gave them the email OTP and even that was not working. I showed him all the bill details and payment details, but he called his superior who used bad words and threatened me. As someone who has anxiety issues and is on medication for the same, this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and my second package was never delivered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
