Xpreesbees - package not delivered

I had ordered my parcel from urbanic, it showed from whatsapp that parcel was delivered. as I wasn't available at that time I called him back in * minutes and he said the parcel was delivered to the warden. I go back to check now and the warden wasn't even there on the time of delivery and yet he says he gave the parcel to her. I know for a fact my warden didn't take it, she has never misplaced any parcels ever. I asked the security he said, "he never delivered the parcel and just went on his phone and few minutes later left without delivering anything". I am extremely disappointed with their service.
